About the Role & Our Growth Story
As a Functional Consultant at HighFlyer, you’ll be at the forefront of our expanding ERP practice in the ANZ and UK regions. Working alongside our experienced partners from New Zealand and Australia—who bring over 30 years of NetSuite consulting expertise—you’ll have an unprecedented opportunity to learn from industry veterans while mastering our ERP platform implementations.
This role offers exceptional growth potential in our fast-expanding practice. We started our ERP offering in the ANZ region at the beginning of 2024 with just 3 clients for the entire year. However, in 2025, we already have 4 new clients signed and are currently looking at a pipeline of 30 potential new deals, demonstrating the rapid growth and increasing popularity of our ERP solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities & Core Work
Client & Solution Management:
- Conduct direct client meetings across ANZ and UK markets to capture, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into functional ERP specifications focusing on buying, selling, manufacturing, and stock modules
- Design and implement comprehensive ERP solutions with emphasis on core business processes
- Work closely with our experienced New Zealand and Australian partners to deliver world-class solutions
Implementation & Support:
- Partner with development teams to ensure custom features align with business requirements
- Conduct comprehensive ERP training sessions to ensure effective system adoption across different markets
- Manage complete project lifecycle including timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance
- Provide continuous consultancy to optimize system functionality and business operations
- Prepare for leadership opportunities as you build and eventually lead your own consulting team
Core ERP Modules Focus:
- Buying Module: Implement procurement workflows, supplier management, and purchase order systems
- Selling Module: Configure sales processes, customer management, and order fulfillment workflows
- Manufacturing: Design production planning, bill of materials, and shop floor management systems
- Stock Management: Optimize inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock valuation processes
- Financial Integration: Set up accounting workflows, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks aligned with ANZ and UK standards

- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for constant collaboration with partner teams
- Global Time Zone Coverage: This role requires supporting clients across both ANZ and UK time zones. Work is managed on a rotational basis to ensure effective collaboration while promoting work-life balance.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in ERP context
