Conductor runs its AI on Fireworks AI, our enterprise inference provider. In plain terms, an inference provider is the specialist company that runs the AI models behind Conductor: think of it as the secure engine room where your requests are processed. Instead of sending your information through a public, consumer chatbot, we run it through a dedicated, privacy-first provider.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never used to train AI models, and is processed under independently audited security, privacy, and AI-governance controls, so your information always stays secure and private.
These certifications and attestations are held by Fireworks AI, our third-party inference provider, and not by HighFlyer. They reflect the security, privacy, and AI-governance controls under which your data is processed during AI inference.

What Conductor Can Do
From simple daily routines to complex cross-system workflows, here is what Conductor looks like in practice.
Email → Xero → Action Pipeline
Every morning at 8 AM, Conductor checks your email for supplier invoices. When it finds one, it reads the attachment, creates a draft bill in Xero with the correct supplier and account code, and checks whether the amount matches your purchase order.
If everything matches, it can either approve the bill directly (if you allow it) or send you a quick message: "Found a $4,200 invoice from Acme Supplies. PO matches. Approve?" You reply "Yes" and it is done.
If something does not match — wrong amount, missing PO, unfamiliar supplier — it flags it for you with a summary and a direct link to review.
Daily Standups & Task Routing
Conductor runs a daily 9 AM routine: it pulls yesterday's completed tasks from your project management tool, checks your calendar for today's meetings, reads any flagged emails, and sends you a one-paragraph briefing.
It can also route requests. A team member messages Conductor: "I need approval for a $600 software subscription." Conductor creates the approval task in your workflow tool, tags the right manager, and notifies you when it is approved or denied.

Weekly Financial Snapshot
Every Friday afternoon, Conductor pulls your cash position from Xero, outstanding invoices from your accounting system, and upcoming payroll from your HR platform.
It builds a plain-English summary: "You have $42,000 in the bank. Three invoices totalling $18,500 are overdue. Payroll next Wednesday is $31,000. Cash looks tight; shall I draft follow-up emails to the overdue clients?"
You reply "Yes" and it sends personalised follow-ups from your email account. Or you ask it to model a scenario: "What if those invoices pay on Monday?" and it replies in seconds.
Customer Query Triage
A customer emails support. Conductor reads the email, checks your CRM for their history, looks up their last order in your e-commerce system, and drafts a response.
If it is a simple question — "Where is my order?" — it replies directly with tracking information. If it is a complaint or a refund request, it escalates to the right person with a full context summary.
It can also log the ticket, update the customer's record, and schedule a follow-up check if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours.

Conductor can run fully autonomously within guardrails you define, or it can ask for your approval on every plan. You decide the balance.
Approval Mode
